Information you choose to share

The enquiry form helps you compose a message using your name, the affected account, chosen service, and a summary of the issue. The form runs in your browser. It does not send your enquiry to a site database or store it in browser storage.

WhatsApp and email

When contact channels are configured, choosing WhatsApp or email opens a draft in that service. You review and send it yourself. Those services process information under their own privacy policies. Share only information relevant to your enquiry, and avoid passwords, authentication codes, payment details, and identity documents.

Website operation

With your permission, the launch configuration uses Google Analytics 4 for visits, traffic sources, approximate location and contact actions, and Microsoft Clarity for behavior, scroll patterns and masked recordings on informational pages. Neither loads before you opt in. Advertising consent remains denied. Analytics is disabled in the ChatGPT review build; the production build enables consent-controlled collection. The hosting provider may process technical access logs to operate the site.

Your analytics choice

Optional Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity load only after you choose Allow analytics in Cookie preferences. Rejecting is equally easy. You can reopen Cookie preferences in the footer to withdraw at any time. We ask everyone to opt in because this static website does not determine your jurisdiction. Browser Global Privacy Control overrides acceptance. Consent expires after six months. Form values, usernames, case details, passwords, codes and raw contact-link destinations are excluded from our analytics events. Clarity is disabled on the contact page and all form content is masked.

Withdrawing consent clears our session attribution, requests provider denial, removes first-party analytics cookies and reloads without tracking. This does not erase data already processed by the providers. Approximate geography and referral availability depend on provider settings and browser privacy protections. Case handling

Before work begins, the team should explain any additional information needed and the applicable handling, retention, and deletion arrangements. Submit identity verification information only through the platform’s official channels when required.
