BanUnban provides assistance with eligible account recovery, platform review, reporting, username issues, and eligible negative content removal. We are independent and are not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta, Instagram, or Facebook.
Assessment and scope
An enquiry does not purchase a service. Each request is assessed individually. The scope, price, payment arrangements, estimated timing where available, and applicable cancellation or refund terms must be agreed before work begins.
Cancellation and refunds
Before paying, request written cancellation and refund terms for your specific scope. Do not assume a refund is tied to a platform decision or that payment guarantees recovery. Nothing here limits applicable consumer rights.

Account security
Do not share passwords, recovery codes, or one-time authentication codes. You remain responsible for your account security and for completing any verification requested through the platform’s official process.
